The 4th District People‘s Committee requested the Third County Court for the City of Belgrade to nationalize a part of the property located at 5 Grahovska Street, owned by Sabitaja Rafailović. The request was rejected.
The Third Court of the City of Belgrade dismissed the case against Isak Katarivas, who was accused that he had misappropriated the assets of the Candy and Chocolate Company, where he was the manager.

Therefore, they were considered to be Serbian subjects and obliged to pay the proscribed taxes. Those individuals were Solomon Jeliš Koen,Vidal Moreno, Moreno Konortić, Lazar Almuzlino, Solomon Konortić, Isak Moise Koen.
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade issued to Majer Vaserman, a tailor of foreign citizenship, a travel document for departing to the Austrian Empire. Vaserman came to Serbia in 1839 with a Prussian passport.
Correspondence of the Kragujevac District Headquarters, the Administration of the Town of Belgrade and the Ministry of the Interior regarding the tax collection from Moša Jakovljević, a Belgrade Jew with the residence in Kragujevac. The Kragujevac Distric Headquarters was instructed to forbid the further dwelling permit to Jakovljević. It was recommended to the Administration to communicate to the Ministry of the Finance regarding the reimburssment of the tax Jakovljević had paid to Kragujevac instead of Belgrade.
The Brothers Mordohaj To Settle the Debt to Petar Maksimović
The Belgrade Town Court reached a decision in a lawsuit Petar Maksimović had filed against Izrailo, Ilija and David Mordohaj over the debt amounting to 317 grosches.

The Čačak County Court dispached to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade a request the brothers Ozerović, the merchants from Belgrade, had filed.
The Požarevac District Headquarters requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect tax from Avram Isaković. The Administration reported that the execution of the request was not possible due to the lack of resources of Isaković.

The Smederevo County Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to deliver a court decision to the brothers Mihajlović regarding the lawsuit they had filed against Isak Kalkalaj, from Smederevo, over debt.

Terezija Paunković Filed a Lawsuit Against Dan Albahari
The Ministry of the Foreign Affairs requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to investigate the accusations against Dan Albahari over the alledged debt amounting to 6 forints made by Terezija Paunković from Zemun. She had filed her accusations at the Austrian Consulate. Albahari gave his statement and denied the debt.
The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect tenancy rent for a shop from the creditors of Solomon Melamed, i.e. Haim Beavram, Duka Pešika, Mojsej Kalderon and Isak Beavram. The creditors had taken the obligation to cover the amount of 24 talirs for the tenancy of a shop in which Melamed had stored his goods.
The Aleksinac District Headquarters requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect the autumn taxes from Solomon Simonović, a former citizen of Aleksinac, who had failed to pay. The Administration could not execute the request due to a very poor financial situation of Simonović.

The Čačak County Court communicated the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the court decision the debts of the brothers Kaluđerović be settled from their property to Antonije Pajović and Mišolan Levi. The Administration was requested to inform the creditors that they could collect their debt amounts in person or by their representatives in the Court.
The Davidović Brothers Agreed Over the House Partition
The Belgrade Town Court ordered the Administration of the City of Belgrade to establish a commission which would investigate the dispute between the brothers Haim and Leon Davidović regarding the partition of a house. The brothers Davidović reached the signed the arrangement in the presence of the commission.
