The Belgrade Town Court asked the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to summon and bring to the Court the Jews, Mušika and Jakov, the butchers from Dorćol, against whom Smiljko Nikolić filed a lawsuit. They not only refused to appear at the Court but Mišika torn the subpoena. The Administration made Jakov Afar appear at the Court, but failed to summon Mušika, since he had departed to Turkey.
