The Smederevo District Headquarters requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect fees for visas validations from Sava Todorović, David Eskenazi and Jakov Ruso. They were residing in Smederevo for trade business, but they hadn‘t paid for fees for validating their passports, as required by law. Enclosed a passport of David Eskenazi.
The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to inventory the property of the late Solomon Levi, to place a ban on it and to inform the Court regarding the eventual existance of other real estate and heirs to his property. Enclosed was the list of persons indebted to Levi.
The Ministry of Finance informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the request of Dimitrije Radović and Samuilo Amar, the merchants, to allow them to extend the leasing period for two shops. The request was denied and the Administration was instructed to organize a public auction for these shops. The leasing agreement was signed with Toma Andrejević, Menahem Amar placed a warrant on his behalf.

List of persons who had been detained by the Administration of the Town of Belgrade over various misdeeds, in the period from 1st October until 31st December 1850, and afterwards handed over to the Belgrade Towu Court. Isak Beavram, Jakov Ruso and David Ruso were on the list.
Panta Kasnar Filed a Lawsuit Against Bohor Avram Mandil
A lawsuit of Panta Kasnar against Bohor Avram Mandil, over debt. The Administration determined that Mandil had been away in Turkey, so the Administration appointed Moreno Gabaj for legal representative to his children. The authorities decided to auction the house of Mandil, but after he made an appeal to the Prince‘s Office the sale was canceled.
Avram B. Ozer filed a request the Belgrade Town Court to put a ban on the goods and possessions of Avram Koen due to his debt amounting to 2500 silver forints. The Administration of the Town of Belgrade made inventory of the property of Koen and put a ban on it as the Court requested.
Property of Bohor Avram Mandil Sold to Settle the Debt to Panta Kasnar
List of belongings of Bohor Avram Mandil, which were sold to settle his debt to Panta Kasnar. The file comprised a document which described a house location and the invoice paid for the announcement of the auction sale published in the Serbian Newspaper.
Police report on a murder which occurred on 13th June 1853. Naum Ristić, while running away through the Jevrejska Mala (the Jewish quarter in Belgrade) ran into Isak Haim, a Jewish teacher, and stabbed him in stomach.,
The Ministry of the Foreign Affairs requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to investigate how Jakob Emanuel got his Serbian passport and to report on that matter.
The Čačak District Headquarters informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to have issued a new passport to David Tajtasak, an apprentice at the brothers Čelebonović, for traveling to Aleksinac, since his old one had expired. Attached was the old passport.
A police report of a theft that occurred in the Jevrejska Mala (Jewish quarter in Belgrade): Bohora, a wife of Haim Hananel, was standing in front of her house with Zumbula Pijade and Buka Baro, when someone stole from her head a fez decorated with coins and a silk scarf. Zumbula caught the thief, but he hit her and ran away. The file also comprised the information that Dimitrije Đorđević was sentenced to twenty years of imprisonment over criminal behavior and that the Prince pardoned him
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade informed the Belgrade Town Court that David Feltman had died without leaving the will, therefore his estate was left to the jurisdiction of the Court.

Petar Nikolić Accused For Attempt to Steal a Turkey
Rafail Levi, a merchant, filed a lawsuit to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade against Petar
Nikolić, an apprentice to Štajnlehner, for the attempt to steal a turkey. After the interrogation of the accused and the witnesses, the Administration sentenced Nikolić with three days of imprisonment.
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade confirmed to the Čačak District Headquarters that David Tajtacak had been informed about the sale of property of Mata Jakovljević and his wife Smiljana from Čačak over debt settlement.
The Ministry of the Interior requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to investigate why the Belgrade Jews did not comply with the Serbian laws and rules except for taxes paying and why they changed the Serbian citizenship to Turkish. The Administration responded that the Jews had lived autonomously from the Belgrade Municipality while being under theTurkish administration,and it remained so after the new authorities were established. Their autonomy consisted of having their own schools, teachers and priests which they chosed and paid from their community budget. As for the transition to the Turkish citizenship the Administration explained that Serbian laws restricted them in trading and crafts businesses.

The Ministry of the Interior informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that Prince Aleksandar Karađorđević pardoned a prisoner Samuilo Salon from Belgrade, on the occasion of the upcoming holiday of Saint Andrew the Apostle.
Petar Papo Đorđević Filed a Lawsuit Against Jakov Jozefović Over Debt
The Belgrade Town Court communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the court decision brought in a lawsuit Petar Papo Đorđević, a grocer from Belgrade, had filed a lawsuit against Jakov Jozefović, from Kragujevac, over debt. The Administration was asked to collect a court fee from Đorđević for the lawsuit he had lost.

The Administration of the Town of Belgrade informed the Belgrade Town Court that it delivered the overall merchandise of Jakov M. Koen to Johanel B. Haim.
Property of Isak Mišulan Inventoried For Debt Settlement
The Belgrade Town Court instructed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to inventory the merchandise of Isak Mišulan, a leather merchant, in the equivalent value of his debt to Isak Liči.
The police investigation of the golden watch stolen from Jovan Negovanović, a baker from Požarevac, which was later found in the possession of David Pinto from Belgrade. Pinto was acquitted due to lack of evidence.
