The Sale of Real Estates of Haim Konfin and Jakov Samuel Canceled
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade informe the Belgrade Town Court that it canceled the sale of properties of Haim Avram Konfin and Jakov Samuil, in order to settle the debts to Joca and Živko Vučković. In addition, the Court requested the report on the outcome of the lawsuit the Jewish Commune had filed to prove the property right over the above referred real estates.
The Milkmen Guild Complained Against Isak Avram Albahari
The Milkmen Guild complained to the Dorćol Precinct against Isak Avram Albahari was keeping the milk store without the permission from the authorities. At the hearing session he declared that he sold milk and cheese to the Jews from time to time since the church did not allow them to buy those products on the open market. Consequently, the Administration banned Albahari to keep the milk store.
The Jewish Commune Complained Over the Sale of the Jewish Real Estate
The representatives of the Jewish School and Church, Moša Demajo and Isak Amar, complained to the Ministry of the Interior against the Administration of the Town of Belgrade over the intention to sell the real estate of the Jewish Commune on which the houses of Haim Avram Konfino and Jakov Samujel were situated. The Ministry recommended them to address to the Civic court and try to prove the property right of the referred real estate.
The Town Precinct reported to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade on the events that occurred in the Town: the store of Avram Isak and Alkalaj was robbed during the night.
The Jews Provided Kosher Meat in the Butchery Store of Pandilo Vuković
The Dorćol Precinct informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that Samuil Hajim, the president of the Jewish Religious-School Community, settled the accounts with Pandilo Vuković, the butcher, thus the Jews continued to purchase meat from his butchery store.
Police report to the administrator of the Town of Belgrade on the events that took place in the town: the stores of Jozef Hason, Azrijel Dada and Moša S. Demajo were robbed during the night.
The Savamala Precinct reported to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade on the events which occurred in the Town: someone broke in the store of Danijel Isak Albahari and took away the animal skins.
The Brothers Elijas Filed a Lawsuit Against Moša Ozerović Over Debt
The Belgrade Town Court communicated the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the appointment of experts who would positively determine the exact name and surname of Hajm D. Hajm, who was also often referred to as Hajm David and Hajm Davič, for the lawsuit which the brothers Elijas from Vienna had filed against Moša Ozerović over the right priority in a debt collection from sold property of Hajm.
Moša Ruso and Samuel Halfon submitted a document to the Administration of the City of Belgrade about the termination of their partnership agreement and the property partition.
The Jewish Community Complained Against Aleksandar Rubiček, the Butcher
The Belgrade rabbi Avram Jakov Elijas gave a statement to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding his application to get a license to open a butcher store, due to the complaint of the Jewish Community against Aleksandar Rubiček, the butcher, who also gave a statement to the Administration.
The Ministry of the Interior requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to investigate if Avram David Nisim, the Prussian subject residing in Šabac, was born in Belgrade, if any relative of his was a Serbian subject and which citizenship he had prior to Prussian. The Assembly of the Jewish Religious-School Community provided the requested information.
The Belgrade Municipal Court informed the Administration of the City of Belgrade to have received the money for the due taxes from Nahman Avram Kojen from Šabac.

Tax Collection From Avram Majer Kojen
The Šabac District Headquarters informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that it failed to locate Avram Majer Kojen and to collect the tax amount he owed. In addition, the Administration informed that a person named Avram Jakov Kojen resided in Šabac and the other person named Avram Majer Kojen in Smederevo.
Correspondence of the Administration of the Town of Belgrade, the Town Precinct and the Požarevac District Headquarters related to the lawsuit Avram Jakoviljević and Jozef Kalderon had filed against Milan Obradović for for collaboration in the theft committed to the company of Moša Kalderon. Rafailo Avram Levi, the apprentice to Moša, was accused for the theft.
Tasa Milosavljević Requested a Relocation of the Property of Isak Melamet
The Court of the Town of Belgrade communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding Tasa Milosavljević who requested the seized property of Isak Melamet, which was given to him for safekeeping, be taken out of his store because he had leased it. The Administration was requested to provide a presence of a police officer during the relocation of the property of Melamet.
Ministry of Finances informed Moša Avram Almuzlino that his request regarding the payment in installments of his debt due to unpaid taxes had been processing.

Toma Stojanović, a representative of Moreno A. Ruso, the merchant from Vienna and Serbian subject, gave a power of attorney to Sava Janković to represent Ruso in all legal and police matters.
The Issue of Citizenship of Isak Hećim Solomonović
The Ministry of the Interior requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to investigate if Isak Hećim Solomonović was a Turkish or Serbian subject. If he would be proven to be a Turkish subject he was to be delivered to the Turkish authorities which demanded his handover due to his debts.
The Administration of the City of Belgrade suggested the Dorćol Precinct to try to collect the due taxes in a regular procedure from Moša Almuzlino rather than to sell his property.
