Todor Duma Requested the Debt Settlement From Avram Anđelo
The Ministry of the Foreign Affairs informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade on the request Todor Duma had made the remaining part of the debt amount to be collected from Avram Anđelo from Castoria, with a residence in Belgrade. At the hearing session, Anđelo denied that he had a debt to Duma.
The Administration of the Funds Filed a Lawsuit Against Leon David Haim
The Administration of the Funds requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to deliver a court decision to Leon David Haim related to his debt to the Fund. As Haim could not be found, the Administration of the Funds demanded the decision to be delivered to his family. The Administration of the Town of Belgrade reported that the Haim family was supposedly in Constantinople, based on the conviction of the Jewish Community.
Ester, a widow of Jakov Ozmo, wrote a letter to the guardians of properties of the Jewish widows and orphans and requested that her son Bohor was assigned to take over his father‘s property and accounts, so that he could terminate the partnership with Samuilo Mordohaj and his brother in law Samuilo Avram.
The Jewish Community Complained Against Moša Avram Suzin
Members of the Jewish Community complained to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade against Moša Avram Suzin. Claiming that the Administration and the Dorćol Precinct did not consider the complaint, the Jewish Community further addressed to the Ministry of the Interior. The Ministry ordered the Administration to investigate the conduct of Suzin and alleged maltreatment of other members of the Jewish Community, especially the attack with knife on Sabitaj Jakov Koen. After the Administration investigated the accusations, Moša Suzin was found guilty for the attack with a knife and was punished with 15 days of imprisonment.
The Frankfurt Police Dispatched a Letter To David Halfon
The Police of the City of Frankfurt am Main dispatched a letter to David Halfon, a money dealer, by which he drew him attention that he should in future address his requests to the responsible authorities and not to the senator Miller.

The Avram Suzin‘s Brothers Gave a Power of Attorney To Tejo Bogatinčević
The brothers and heirs of Avram Suzin gave a power of attorney to Tejo Bogatinčević, a merchant from Šabac, to collect debt amounts from their debtors in that city and its vicinity.

Since he failed to settle his debt, his possessions were evaluated and seized. The file also contained a decision of the Belgrade Town Court reached in a lawsuit Rahila Adut had filed against her husband Avram Adut, over debt.
Several citizens from Požarevac confirmed that Samuilo Anaf came to live in Požarevac about 1859 where he started a business with his brother Moša, then he went to inland Serbia and came back to Požarevac where he lived at that moment.

The Jewish Synagogue Filed a Complaint Against Tasa Belopoljac
Samuel S. Koen, Haim A. Konfino and Jahijel B. Ruso, the tutors of the Jewish Synagogue, filed a complaint to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade against Tasa Belopoljac, a clark at the Administration, related to the decision Belopoljac to stand a side of Avram Jakovljević against whom a lawsuit was filed over a flour distribution to the poors, and to null his guilt.

Lists of Belgrade citizens, taxpayers in 1864. Among persons who were exempted from tax paying was also a widow of Bohor Amar. The list of newly weds, new taxpayers included Salomon Koen, Salomon Benbasa and Jozef Isak Lazar. The list of deceased taxpayers included Jakov Aroeti and Jakov Beraha. The documentation comprised statements on weddings and deaths of the persons mentioned above.

The Financial Audit Commission Reviewed the Accounts of the Synagogue
The Financial Audit Commission informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that it failed to accurately determine the revenues and expenses of the Synagogue, because its accounts were kept together with the school and hospital accounts. Therefore the Commission requested the Administration to obtain the authorization from the relevant authorities to review all accounts. The file comprised the correspondence of the Commission and the Administration related to the property, revenues and expenses of the Jewish institutions, likewise the relationship of the tutors of the Synagogue and the Commission members.

The Šabac District Headquarters informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that David Tajtacak, a merchant apprentice from Šabac, was registered as taxpayer in Šabac, but had paid taxes in Belgrade.The Administration was requested to speed up the Court of Belgrade Municipality to return the tax amount. However, the Court informed the Administration that Tajtacak was registered as a Belgrade taxpayer as well.
