The Čačak District Headquarters informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to have issued a new passport to David Tajtasak, an apprentice at the brothers Čelebonović, for traveling to Aleksinac, since his old one had expired. Attached was the old passport.
A police report of a theft that occurred in the Jevrejska Mala (Jewish quarter in Belgrade): Bohora, a wife of Haim Hananel, was standing in front of her house with Zumbula Pijade and Buka Baro, when someone stole from her head a fez decorated with coins and a silk scarf. Zumbula caught the thief, but he hit her and ran away. The file also comprised the information that Dimitrije Đorđević was sentenced to twenty years of imprisonment over criminal behavior and that the Prince pardoned him
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade informed the Belgrade Town Court that David Feltman had died without leaving the will, therefore his estate was left to the jurisdiction of the Court.

Petar Nikolić Accused For Attempt to Steal a Turkey
Rafail Levi, a merchant, filed a lawsuit to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade against Petar
Nikolić, an apprentice to Štajnlehner, for the attempt to steal a turkey. After the interrogation of the accused and the witnesses, the Administration sentenced Nikolić with three days of imprisonment.
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade confirmed to the Čačak District Headquarters that David Tajtacak had been informed about the sale of property of Mata Jakovljević and his wife Smiljana from Čačak over debt settlement.
The Ministry of the Interior requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to investigate why the Belgrade Jews did not comply with the Serbian laws and rules except for taxes paying and why they changed the Serbian citizenship to Turkish. The Administration responded that the Jews had lived autonomously from the Belgrade Municipality while being under theTurkish administration,and it remained so after the new authorities were established. Their autonomy consisted of having their own schools, teachers and priests which they chosed and paid from their community budget. As for the transition to the Turkish citizenship the Administration explained that Serbian laws restricted them in trading and crafts businesses.

The Ministry of the Interior informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that Prince Aleksandar Karađorđević pardoned a prisoner Samuilo Salon from Belgrade, on the occasion of the upcoming holiday of Saint Andrew the Apostle.
Petar Papo Đorđević Filed a Lawsuit Against Jakov Jozefović Over Debt
The Belgrade Town Court communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the court decision brought in a lawsuit Petar Papo Đorđević, a grocer from Belgrade, had filed a lawsuit against Jakov Jozefović, from Kragujevac, over debt. The Administration was asked to collect a court fee from Đorđević for the lawsuit he had lost.
Property of Jakov M. Koen Delivered to Johanel B. Haim
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade informed the Belgrade Town Court that it delivered the overall merchandise of Jakov M. Koen to Johanel B. Haim.
Property of Isak Mišulan Inventoried For Debt Settlement
The Belgrade Town Court instructed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to inventory the merchandise of Isak Mišulan, a leather merchant, in the equivalent value of his debt to Isak Liči.
The police investigation of the golden watch stolen from Jovan Negovanović, a baker from Požarevac, which was later found in the possession of David Pinto from Belgrade. Pinto was acquitted due to lack of evidence.

Petar Marković Filed a Lawsuit Against Jakov Buli Over Debt
Correspondence of the Belgrade Town Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the lawsuit Petar Marković, a legal representative of Mula Sulejman Bećidović, had filed against Jakov Buli, over debt. The Administration was asked to collect a court fee from Marković since his lawsuit was rejected.
Pavle Radović Filed a Lawsuit Against Izrael Albahari Over Debt
The Belgrade Town Court communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the lawsuit Pavle Radović had filed against Izrael Albahari, a merchant, over debt. The Administration was instructed to collect both debt and the court fees from Albahari.
Correspondence of the Belgrade Town Court and the Administration of the Town ob Belgrade regarding the property of the late Jozef Tolčinski who had settled to Serbia from Russia. Vilhelm Rotenger and Avram Goldštajn were appointed guardians to his property. David Haim, on behalf of the Jewish Municipality, communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the high expenses to which the Jewish Municipality and the Jewish schools had been exposed, likewise the members of the Community for the tax amounts. The Community addressed the Administration with the request to impose higher taxes amounts to the upper and the middle classes and to release the poor members from the taxes paying. The Administration expressed the support to the request and communicated to the Ministry of the Interior to consider that request and accordingly make public its stand point.
Pinkas Rozen Filed a Lawsuit Against Armin Elijasfor Over an Assault
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade investigated the claims stated in the lawsuit Pinkas Rozen had filed against Armin Elijas, a tailor apprentice, over an assault. The Administration aquitted Elijas due to the lack of evidence.
Correspondence of the Belgrade Town Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the passports issued to Sabitaj Koen and his family for traveling to Turkey, in spite the fact that Aron D. Majo had filed a lawsuit against Koen over debt. Attached to the file was a certificate signed by a legal representative of Majo that Keon had settled his debts.
Belgrade Town Court requested to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to put a ban to the property of Konstantin Nikolić and Persa Jovanović for debt settlement to their creditor Elijas B. Avram.
