Paul Rotšild Fled To Serbia From Austria to Avoid the Military Service

Paul Rotšild, an optician from Austria, was caught wandering around jobless and accordingly interrogated. He explained that he fled to Serbia to avoid the military service, thus he crossed the river Sava swimming due to the lack of resources to pay a boat. The Terazije Precinct sentenced him to one day of prison and deportation to Austria.

Pasteur Institute Fined For Selling Swine Plague Serum Without Perscription

The Veterinary Department of the Administration of the City of Belgrade filed a lawsuit against the Pasteur‘s Institute for the Production of Serum for the swain plague without the veterinarian prescription. Dr Salom Zadić, a representative of the Institute, was interrogated regarding the lawsuit and the Criminal Police Department fined him with 100 dinars payable to the State Fund for Livestock Disease Control.

Petar Pejić Accused Moša Levi For Theft of Lottery Tickets

Petar Pejić reported Moša Levi to the Terazije Precinct and claimed that he had given him lottery tickets of the Serbian State Lottery for sale and money for the lottery premiums. Levi denied to have taken the tickets or the money and claimed that he didn‘t even know Pejić.

Permits For Selling the Administrative Stamps

The Administration of the Town of Belgrade reported to the Terazije Precinct that it issued the permits to D. Farki, A. Melamed, Izrajil Ruso, all money dealers, to sale the administrative stamps. The Terazije Precinct determined that Salamon Almuli, N. Levi and Marko Baruh were also selling the administrative stamps though without permits, apart from the above mentioned sellers.
