The Commercial Court informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that it approved a ban to be placed on the property of Samuil Levi, a petty dealer, over debt to Nisim Aron. The Administration was requested to execute the ban and to place the seized property with Zdravko Albahari for safe keeping. The Court was informed that the ban was not executed since Nisim Aron gave up the claims.
Property of Stanojev Seized For Debt Settlement to Jakov Levenzon
The Commercial Court informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that it approved the ban to be placed on the movable property of Stanojev, a typographer, for debt settlement to Jakov Levenzon, a merchant.
