Plot Allocated For Erection Of School and Synagogue

The Serbian Ashkenazi Jewish Religious School Community requested the Belgrade Municipal Court to allocate a plot for erecting a school and a synagogue . The Municipality allocated the plot situated in the Zeleni Venac area at first, but after determining that the Society for National Health Preservation already erected the barrack there, the new plot was allocated at the corner of the King‘s Square and the Višnjićeva Street .
