Kučo Amar and Krosto Jajić Concluded a Contract On Erecting Two Houses

Milovan Spasojević, a legal representative of Kučo Amar, filed a complaint to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade for overpaid taxes for verification of two contracts, both preserved in the file, concluded between Kučo Amar and the entrepreneur Krsto Jajić, for erecting two houses, a laundry premises and a toilet on his property next to the Bajrakli mosque.

Kon and Mitler Accused For Stealing Goods

Investigation related to the accusations filed by Demajo and Mešulam, merchants from Kragujevac, against the dispatching agents Kon and Mitler. On behalf of Demajo and Mešulam, they took over the goods, dispatched from Vienna to Kragujevac, at the railway station, and determined that the fright missed 11 kilos. Kon and Mitler were acquitted from the guilt since the investigation showed that the goods were stolen on the way to Kragujevac.

Koen and Mevorah Filed a Lawsuit Against Svetozar Marković

The Company Koen and Mevorah Brothers filed a lawsuit to the investigating judge against their former employee Svetozar Marković, a horse-carriage driver, for attack and murder attempt of their Company member Salamon Koen, after being informed that he was fired from the service. Upon the plead of the accused, Koen and Mevorah acquitted the lawsuit.

A transcript of a decision issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia regarding the complaint Karlo Štajner had filed against the Administration of the City of Belgrade for refusing to extend his permit to keep an inn in the 11 Kneginje Ljubice Street. The complaint was rejected as insubstantial.
