Jakov Rafail Failed To Pay the Medical Treatment of His Wife

The Niš District Headquarters informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to have failed to collect the amount from Jakov Rafail for a medical treatment of his mentally ill wife. Rafail had no resources to pay the bill, and his entire property was placed under sequester for debt settlement.

A Hospital procurement official informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that a mentally ill patient, Josif De Majo, was taken away home from the hospital. Persons who took him paid 2 dinars for transportation with a hospital vehicle to the Hospital administration.

Jakov Kazas Fined for Street Selling

The Niš District Headquarters requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect a fine from Jakov Kazas, sentenced for selling his merchandise in the street. Kazas gave a statement that he had no resources to pay the fine, and the Administration asked the Belgrade Municipal Court for official certificate on his financial situation.

The Administration of the Town of Belgrade informed the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs that the house of Jakov Pijade, who lived in Turn Severin, had been sold for debt settlement to Stojan Živković. A part of the amount was taken by the Administration to cover the due taxes from 1876 to 1879.
