The Belgrade City Government notified the Water Supplies Administration that it forwarded the Jewish mechanic engineers Samek Kiter, Arnold Samujlović, Samujlo Zunana, Ljubomir Milin, Leopold Hercog, Franjo Holo; chemists Filip Frank, Mirko Bihler, Zigmund Brukner, Samuilo Eškenazi, Rafajlo Avramović, Bela Bernet, Rudolf Štajner and Rafajlo Lević PhD in economy, to work in that Administration.

The head of the12th City District reported to the Technical Directorate on the number of laborers needed for clearing up the ruins. In addition to the existing 71 Jewish workers, the District required some 40 to 50 detainees, thus he requested 49 persons to be forwarded to him.

Jakov Cevi Accused Jerihon Semo For Theft

Jakov Cevi, the tailor, reported his tenant Jerihon Semo to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade for stealing his coat. The investigation was done and Semo was sentenced to 4-day of imprisonment. In addition, Jakov Cevi and David Azrijel were fined for not regularly reporting Semo to the authorities.
