Ilija Mirković Filed a Lawsuit Against Haim Adut Over Debt

Ilija Mirković, the inn keeper from Kragujevac, had filed a lawsuit against Haim Adut, a tinsmith from Belgrade, who had made a debt amounting to 113 groshes during his stay in the inn in a month period, which he refused to pay. The Town Court instructed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect the debt amount from Haim Adut.

Isak Azrijel Requested Đura Bogdanović To Be Detained Over Debt

Isak Azrijel requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to detain Đura Bogdanović who owed him 1200 grosches for the flour he had given him. Đura Bogdanović changed his name and departed to Turkey together with his brother. The Quarantine in Aleksinac reported to the Administration to have found the accused Bogdanović and to have collected the requested amount.

Izraelo Štern and Isak Albahari Pleaded Ilija Garašanin

Mula Husein communicated to Ilija Garašanin, a President of the Government and a Minister of the foreign affairs, regarding the request of Izrailo Štern, whom he represented, that his goods left in a store on the River Sava waterfront, be returned to him. Also, Dule Šabanović pleaded the animal skins, property of Isak Albahari which were left in Belgrade, be given back to him. Those requests were sent during the Turkish bombardment of Belgrade in 1862. Ilija Garašanin instructed the Minister of defense to approve these requests and to secure the merchandises be returned to the appointed representatives.

Isak Kojen Filed a Lawsuit Against Majer Markus Over Debt

The Commercial Court communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the lawsuit Isak Kojen, a flour manufacturer from Belgrade, had filed against Majer Markus, a merchant from Zemun, over debt. Both parties agreed that the dispute should be resolved by a so called Selected Court, for which members Benjamin Pinto, Moreno Arojeti and Konorta Pijade were selected.
