Incident Occurred When Izrail Ruso Visited His Mistress Sofija Uzelac

The Vračar Precinct reported to the Administration of the City of Belgrade on the scandal which occurred on 28th September 1903 in the No 83 Kralja Milana Street, and some Belgrade newspapers wrote about. When the banker Izrail Ruso went to visit his mistress Sofija Uzelac, he met in front of her apartment Ilija Marković who began a noisy quarrel, which soon attracted other tenants and by-passers, disturbance happened and the police intervened.
