Foreign Citizens in Belgrade

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to gather information on foreign subjects who owned an estate in Belgrade. Austrian subjects in Belgrade were Jozef Talvi, Matijas Ruso, Jakov Salamon Albahari and Haim Padro. Isak and Jozef Almuli were Ferench subjects and Izrael Štern was British.

Fight in the Synagogue

Natan Tajtacak, a clerk of the Synagogue, filed accusations to the Dorćol Precinct against Mihailo Albahari, Solomon Azriel, Isak Salomon, Moša Eskenazi, Jozef and Moša Almozlino because they were fighting in the Synagogue and had attacked him as well. The same accusations were filed by the Jewish Religious School Community. The documentation included also report on the lawsuit against Jakov Kazes and Jakov Clamok initiated because they were speaking badly about the Jewish Community.

Ferdinand Bril Admitted to the Serbian Citizenship

The Ministry of the Interior approved the request of the leather trader Ferdinand Bril and allowed him, his wife Rosalia and their three children to be admitted to the Serbian citizenship. Jovan Popović, a lawyer, filed a complaint to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade against that decision, with the explanation that Bril received the Serbian citizenship to avoid his creditors.
