David D. Farhi submitted for verification to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade the evaluation of his real estate property in the Dubrovačka Street, and requested a property deed to be issued to him.
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade requested the Toplica District Headquarters to deliver a court decision to Bokor Ruso, a soldier stationed in Kuršumlija, and inform him that he would not be paid out from the sold property of his debtor Ranko Mateić from Topola. The Headquarters responded that the decision was not delivered to Ruso because he was sent home to Belgrade due to his illness.

Debt Settlement of Dragutin Đorđević to Moša Mevorah
The Commercial Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to inventory and put a sequester on the merchandise of Dragutin Đorđević, a grocer, in order to secure his debt settlement to Moša Mevorah.
The Knjaževac County Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to hand over to Neti Ruso a debt amount collected from the property of the late Miloje Micić.
The Belgrade Town Court informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to have annulled a decision related to placement of a sequester to a rent money to Savka, a widow of Đorđe Ristić, to secure the debt settlement to Anka Alkalaj. The Administration of the Town of Belgrade executed the decision brought by the Commercial Court and put a sequester inventoried and evaluated the real estate of Moric Markulis, a watch maker, who had a store in the Vasina Street. Lazar Benarojo, a merchant, was appointed for safekeeping of the property. The Administration found out that Markulis had fled from Belgrade.
The Belgrade Town Court brought a decision to put a sequester on the property of Marko Alkalaj, a commercial agent, in order to secure a debt settlement to Steva Kućetina. Sarina, a wife of Marko Alkalaj, settled his debt.
Dr Bernhard Bril Earned His Income From His Medical Practice
Dr Bernhard Bril complained against the decision brought by the Commercial Court to put a sequester on his property in order to secure the debt settlement. Bril gave a statement his wife Rozalija owned the entire property, while his income came only from his medical practice.
