David Haim Leon Filed a Lawsuit Against Leon David Over Debt
The Belgrade Town Court brought a decision regarding the lawsuit David Haim Leon filed a lawsuit over debt against Leon David, a merchant from Belgrade, residing at Constantinople at that moment.
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade requested the Belgrade Town Court to deliver to Đorđe Davidović, a representative of Janać Kumanudi, the amount obtained from the auction sale of the possessions of his debtor Sabitaj Koen.
The Požarevac District Headquarters requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect 122 groches and 7 pence from Jakov Anaf for some items he had bought from Miloš Mijatović. The Administration informed the District Headquarters that it failed to collect the debt amount because Anaf was not in Belgrade but was residing in Šabac.
Dimitrije Naumović Indebted and His Property Banned
The Commercial Court informed the Belgrade Town Court that the administrative official had not inventoried and placed a ban to the merchandise of the indebted Dimitrije Naumović when Moša Mevorah had stated that he would not accept to be a tutor for the debtor‘s property. The Court considered that the official should have disregarded the refusal of Mevorah and should have addressed the Court.
The decision brought by the Commercial Court in the lawsuit of brothers Barlovac against their debtor Solomon Kojen. The documentation included also decision in the lawsuit of Moša Solomonović against his debtors brothers Solomon and Elijas Koejn and their father Samuilo.

Dimitrije Glavinić Requested the Repair of the Store He Rented
The Belgrade Town Court communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the request Dimitrije Glavinić had addressed to the property tutors of the late Avram Ozer from whom he rented a store to be repaired because it was damaged in the Belgrade bombardment. The request was denied.
David and Haim Jeušua and Streja Izrail Confirmed To Have Received Property
David and Haim Jeušua and Streja, a wife of Jeušua Izrail, made a written statement and confirmed to have received the property from her late husband, that she would not have any legal claims regarding the costs he had made and that they acknowledged the wedding costs spent from the property mass for her daughter.
Avram Moša Demajo delivered to the the Administration of the Town of Belgrade certificate confirming that he had given all his merchandise to Rifka,
a widow of Moša Demajo, and in that way he had repaid his debt.
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade informed the Commercial Court that Civi Samuel Koen had no property from which he could settle his debt to Avram Tirić.
David Medina Left To Austria During the Turkish Bombardment of Belgrade
Isak Aron Alkalaj and Jakov Alkalaj testified that Isak Levi, a former partner of David Medina, had left to Austria during the Turkish bombardment of Belgrade and that from there he had demanded Sadik Natan Koen from Šabac to send him a case of merchandise from a store of his former partner. The statements were filed for verification to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade.
Dragutin Nikolić Filed a Lawsuit Against Lazar Levenzon
The Belgrade Town Court communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the lawsuit Dragutin Nikolić, a painter, had filed against Lazar Levenzon, a merchant, over failing to cover the compensation agreed for taking care of his house during the Turkish bombardment of Belgrade. The Administration was requested to take the oath from Levenzon and confirm, in the presence of Nikolić, that he had already paid the agreement amount . Nikolić afterwards acquitted his claims.

Simić asserted that Alkalaj, with no permanent residence address, was in Belgrade for a wedding. The Administration did not seize the passport from Alkalaj because Simić submitted no proof of the debt.
