Debt Settlement of Haim Avramović and Jakov Samuilović Adjourned
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade informed the Belgrade Town Court that the auction sale of the property of Haim Avramović and Jakov Samuilović in order to settle the debt to Joca Vučković, was adjourned because Samuil Adanja and Jozef Aladžem, the legal representatives of the synagogue, the school and the Jewish commune had filed the lawsuit since they asserted that the referred property belonged to them.

Debt Settlement of Pavle Jovanović To Samuilo Amar
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade informed the Commercial Court that it failed to collect the debt amount from Pavle Jovanović in favor of Samuilo Amar and his son Kučo, due to the lack of the material resources.
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade informed the Ministry of the Interior that the auction sale of the property of Ašer Fermo from Šabac, for debt settlement to Kalmi Almuli, was adjourned. Rahila, the mother of Ašer Fermo, gave a statement that the seized items were her property.
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade requested Rahila Fermo to provide a proof in a court procedure that she was the owner of the properties seized for debt settlement of her son Ašer Fermo to Kalmi Almuli.

David Demajo, the merchant from Belgrade, appealed to the Jagodina District Headquarters for the decision brought by the Jagodina Court to pay the tenancy fees to Tasa Krstić and Gligorije Jovanović.

Correspondence of the Belgrade Town Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade related to the lawsuit of Dimitrije Jelisijić versus Bohora Albahari, represented by her son Majer Albahari, over the breach of the contract of the tavern lease. The Administration was requested to provide experts who would assess the damage caused by the roof-licking in the tavern, which Bohora leased to Jelisijić.
