Cadic, a Merchant, Filed a Lawsuit Against Estera Almuli Over Debt
The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect a court fee from Estera, a wife of Jozef Almuli, a merchant. Cadic, a merchant, had filed a lawsuit against Estera and requested the intabulation to be placed on her property, to secure a debt settlement.
The Administration failed to locate Estera in the town.
The Belgrade Town Court instructed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to seize, inventory and evaluate the clothes of Naftali Pasah for the debt settlement to Junus Abdulović, a legal representative of Osman Useinović. The property of Pesah was sold on an auction and his debt was settled.
