Bernat Tradler Complaint Against Hajnrih Hiršl Over Sale of Synagogue Seat

The Town Precinct communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the complaint Bernat Tradler had made against Hajnrih Hiršl, because he had taken away a seat in the Synagogue he had inherited from his late father and announced it for sale. The Administration addressed the Ministry of Education and Religion regarding this complaint, and the Ministry rejected the complaint because Synagogue seats selling was a common practice.

Benjamin Ruso Refused To Divide the Family Inheritance With His Brother

Benjamin Ruso, a bed-cover apprentice, gave a statement to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that he refused to divide the family inheritance with his brother Izrail Jozef Ruso, a merchant at the Stambol Gate. While Benjamin was in Vlachia, his mother and brother died of cholera. The Administration instructed him to address to the Civil Court.
