Ana Almoslino and Lazar Lecter Accused Đoka Jovanović For Insults

Ana Almoslino, a clerk in the photo studio of Lazar Lecter and his housewife, filed the accusation to the Terazije Precinct against Đoka Jovanović, a shoe maker apprentice, for insults. Lecter also filed a lawsuit against Jovanović but since the Precinct was inefficient regarding that lawsuit, Lecter complained to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade against the Precinct.

Ašer Ašerović Refused to Move Out of the Apartment of Joca Stanišić

Ašer Ašerović, a hat maker, and Joca Stanišić reached a court settlement regarding the debt from the unpaid tenancy amount according to which Ašerović was to move out from the apartment of Joca Stanišić in the Kralja Milana Street. Despite the agreement, Ašerović refused to move out, so Stanišić asked for help from the Terazije Quarter.

Ajzler Kučo and Georg Titrič Arrested For Wandering Around

The Savamala Precinct requested the Terazije Precinct to investigate Ajzler Kučo and Georg Titrič who were arrested for wandering around, since they claimed that their master Bajmel, an upholsterer, sent them to meet his maiden who was arriving by the night boat. Ferdinand Bajmel confirmed their story.

Ašer Ašerović, a Tenant in the Apartment of Toša Đorđević

The Belgrade Dispute Court brought a decision that Ašer Ašerović, a hat maker, had to move from the apartment which he leased from Toša Đorđević in the No. 5 Kralja Milana Street, and to give it over to the Association of Engineers and Architects, who were the prewar tenants of that apartment.

Admission of Jakov A. Simon To the Serbian Citizenship

Jakov A. Simon communicated to the Ministry of the Interior regarding his admission to the Serbian citizenship in line with the order of the Administration of the City of Belgrade on the eviction of all foreign citizens. Simon asserted that he had been living in Belgrade for 20 years, that he gained his property there and that he confirmed his loyalty to Serbia. Enclosed to his communication was the certificate issued by the Jewish Religious-School Community that he lived in Belgrade with his family since 1900.

Aleksa Bajić Requested Information On His Tenant Žak Kalderon

Aleksa Bajić informed the Terazije Precinct that in 1919 he leased the store to his prewar tenant Žak Kalderon, but until that day Kalderon had not put the company name on the store, and in addition he engaged the Alkalaj brothers as partners. Bajić requested the Precinct to investigate whether Kalderon was the owner of the company and whether the Alkalaj brothers used to be his partners in the prewar period.

A. Ozerović accused his tenants Mika Mejuhas and Benvenida Koen to the Dorćol Precinct for disposing their garbage into the well in the courtyard to avoid paying for the disposal. Mika Mejuhas denied the accusation when interrogated, while Benvenida Koen submitted the medical certification that he could not leave the apartment due to his illness.
