Appointment of a Guardian of Sara Koen and Rašela Štenberg
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Arsenije Stamenković as a legal guardian of absent Sara Koen and Rašela Štenberg, so that he he could receive in their name the court‘s documentation on the property left after the late Aleksandar Štenbera.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Božidar Stojković as a legal representative of absent Hajim Jontović. The guardian was needed to represent Jontović in the inheritance proceedings over the property of Estera Mandić, killed in 1941 in the Sajmište camp.
Appointment of a Guardian of Stanislav and Margita Flajšer
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Vojislav Lukić as a legal guardian of Stanislav and Margita Flajšer. The guardian was to represent them in the expropriation process of their property in Kosančićev venac street.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Vojislav Lukić as a legal guardian of absent Matilda Koen, née Avramović. The guardian was appointed to represent her in the process of expropriation of her property.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Svetozar Relić as a legal guardian of absent Eleonora Munk. The guardian was appointed to take the loan in her name, for repairs on the building she owned at 59 Strahinjića bana street. Eleonora Munk was killed in the Sajmište camp in 1941.
Appointment of the Guardian of Avram Almuzlino and Jakov Elijas
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed a guardian of Avram (Azriel) Almuzlino and Jakov (David) Elijas, whose residence was unknown. The guardian was to take the loan in their name for the repairs on their building at 8 and 8a Zmaja od noćaja street.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Spasoje Koljenšić as a legal guardian of absent Dr Franja Hercog. The guardian was to represent Hercog‘s interest in front of the Commission for Building Repairs. Hercog owned a building at 25 Francuska Street.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Svetozar Relić as a legal representative of absent Elza Vinterštajn, so that he could take the loan in her name, which was required for the repairs on her property at 23 Simina Street.
Appointment of a Guardian of Leja and DŽilda Mandil
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed an attorney Vojislav Lučić as a legal guardian of Leja and DŽilda Mandil, who moved to Israel and they had to give a statement in an inheritance proceedings.
Appointment of a Guardian of Lea and Stefanija Han‘s Property
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Svetozar Relić as a legal guardian of the property of Lea and Stefanija Han, located at 32 and 34 Cara Uroša street, because the owners moved to Israel.
Appointment of a Guardian of Isak and Rebeka Molho
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Žarko Lazić as a legal guardian of absent Isak and Rebeka Molho, so that he could take a loan in their name. The loan was necessary for repairs on their building at 10 Francuska Street.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed a lawyer Milenko Divac as a legal guardian of the late Moric Krenberger, to represent him in a legal procedure of the annulment of marriage which was initiated by Ela Krenberger, née Braun.
Appointment of a Guardian of Vineza Ruso‘s Property
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Radoje Vranković as a legal guardian of the property owned by the late Vineza Ruso located at 8 Gospodar Jovanovoj Street. The guardian was appointed to take the loan in Vineza‘s name for reconstruction of her house. The documentation included the court‘s decision on the appointment of the heir of Vineza Ruso, killed in 1941 in the Sajmište camp.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Žarko Lazić as a legal guardian of absent Avram Buki (Elijas) Albahari, so that he could take the loan for the reconstruction of the building owned by Albahari at 4 Gospodar Jevremova Street.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed a lawyer Samuilo Sarafić as a legal guardian of Stela Gedalja, who was in America. The guardian was appointed to represent interests of Stela in the inheritance proceedings over the property of the late Vineza Ruso. The documentation included the decision of the First Belgrade County Court on the appointment of the heir of Vineza Ruso, killed in the Sajmište camp in 1941.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed a guardian of absent Vladimir Šoten, killed in 1941 in Topovske šupe camp. The First Belgrade County Court appointed the heirs of Bruno Šoten - his daughter Mira Demajo and his grandson Vladimir Šoten.
The 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade sent to the Department of Education scholarships applications submitted by Silva Nahmijas, a chemistry student and by Moša Albahari, a medical student.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Tibor Lorijan as a legal guardian of absent Ladislav Hečko, to represent him in the inheritance proceedings of the property of his parents Hugo and Zelma Hečko. Hugo Hečko was killed in the Banjica camp, and Zelma was killed in the Sajmište camp.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed a lawyer Samuilo Sarafić as a legal guardian of absent Maks L. Hercog. The guardian was to represent Hercog in the process of expropriation of his property at 50 Boleslava Bjeruta Street.
Appointment of a Guardian of Luna Majer, Rašela Tajtacak and Haim Gabaj
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed a lawyer Radmilo Milošević as a legal guardian of Luna Majer, née Gabaj, Rašela Tajtacak, née Gabaj, and Haim Gabaj. The guardian was to represent them in the process of expropriation of their property at 3 Jevrejska Street.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Žarko Lazić as a legal guardian of absent Dr Henri Maclijah. The guardian was to take the loan in Maclijah‘s name to needed for reconstructions on his building at Cara Dušana Street.

The guardian was appointed to take the loan in her name for the reconstruction s on her house at 53 Gospodar Jovanova Street.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Žarko Lazić as a legal guardian of absent Vilhelmina Hohner. The guardian was to take the loan needed for reconstruction of the building Vilhelmina owned at 65 Gospodar Jovanova Street.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Žarko Lazić as a legal guardian of absent Dr Isak Alkalaj. The guaradian was to take the loan in Alkalaj‘s name for the reconstruction of his house at 36 Gospodar Jovanova Street.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed a lawyer Vojislav Lukić as a guardian of Rikica Bararon, with residence in Palestine.The guardian was to represent Rikica Bararon n the lawsuit the City Water Supplies Company initiated against her.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Dr Samuilo Koen as a guardian of the legacy of Solomona Koena,. The guardan was to represent Dr Koen in a lawsuit initiated against him by Jelena Antić,who wanted to register the property she had bought from the late Koen.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed the lawyer Dragoljub Kečkić as a legal guardian of absent heirs of Dr Jakov Čelebonović. The guardian represented them in the lawsuit which the late Čelebonović initiated against the State.
The document published by the Ministry of Interior of the Federal People‘s Republic of Yugoslavia, stating that Avram Mandil, a worker from Belgrade, born in 1923 in Sofia, had renounced his Yugoslav citizenship, because he was moving to Israel, and he had been granted Israeli citizenship.

The guardian represented Rašela in a lawsuit initiated against her by Armando Alfandari over the property of the late Rajna Alfandari located at 8 Rige od Fere Street.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed a guardian of absent David Levi, with last residence at 4a Strahinjića Bana Street, to represent him in a lawsuit initiated against Levi by the City Water Supply Company. According to the information available to the authorities Levi was in Israel.
