Appointmernt of Guardians of the Property of Moša Amar

Correspondence of the Belgrade Town Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the lawsuit Leon D. Haim filed against his debtor Moša Benijamin Amar, over debt. The Court requested the Administration to appoint guardians of the property of the late Amar. The Administration enforced the request of the Court and appointed Haim Davičo and Moša Kalderon for guardians.

Avram Anaf to Take Oath in Lawsuit Hearing

The Belgrade Town Court asked the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to summon Avram Anaf to take an oath that he would tell the truth in the Court hearing over a debt lawsuit. Anaf was appointed a witness in a lawsuit of Elijas Adanja against his debtor Jovan Šurdilović.

Avram Ruso Complained For Arrest

The Ministry of the Foreign Affairs communicated the Administration of the Town of Belgrade related the complaint filed by Avram Ruso against the authorities in Mitrovica over his arrest. Based on the report of the Austrian Consulate Ruso had been arrested for being accussed by his debtor Jovan Atanasijević and consequently arrested. The accusations had proven to be false and Ruso was released from prison. A lawsuit was filed against Atanasijević.

Correspondence of the Belgrade Town Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the debts of Isak Azriejl, which resulted with the closing of his store and the inventorying of the goods. When Azriel settled debt to the company of Aron D. Majo, from Vienna, the Court instructed the Administration to lift the ban from the goods.

Ašer Solomon Filed a Lawsuit Against Samuilo Alkalaj Over Debt

The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to place a sequestrate on the merchandise of Samuilo Alkalaj, from Belgrade, with a temporary residence in Svilajnac, against whom Ašer Solomon from Bosnia, had filed a lawsuit over debt. The Administration informed the Court that Alkalaj did not possess any merchandise, only a house in the Jevrejska Mala (a Jewish quarter in Belgrade).
