Appointment of the Guardian of Avram and Samuilo Roman
The Executive Board of the 1st City District People‘s Committee appointed the guardian of absent Avram and Samuilo Roman. The guardian was needed in a legal process regarding the property of the late Simha Romano.
The Executive Board of the 1st City District People‘s Committee appointed a lawyer Sima Alkalaj as a guardian of absent Dr Jaša Albala. The guardian was needed in a legal proceedings over the property of the late Josif Joška Albala, an industrialist executed in the Banjica concentration camp in 1942. When Sima Alkalaj moved to Israel, Vojislav Lukić was appointed as the new guardian.
Appointment of a Guardian of Evgenije and Jovan Flajšer
The Executive Board of the 1st City District People‘s Committee appointed Dr Jakov Čelebonović as a guardian of Evgenije and Jovan Flajšer, who was to represent them in a legal process regarding the property of the late Irena Flajšer. Evgenije Flajšer was in Rome and Jovan was in London.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Milivoje Adamović as the legal guardian for absent Vinka Konforti, née Eli. The loan had to be taken in her name for the repairs of her building located at 12 Zmaja od Noćaja Street.
The document published by the Ministry of Interior of the Federal People‘s Republic of Yugoslavia, stating that Aron Koen, a clerk from Belgrade, born in 1907 in Belgrade, had renounced his Yugoslav citizenship, because he was moving to Israel, and he had been granted Israeli citizenship.

The Executive Board of the 1st City District People‘s Committee appointed Mileva Sarić as a legal guardian of absent Finika Ruben from Belgrade. The guardian was needed in a legal process over the property of Moša Bejosif, who was killed in the bombardment of Belgrade on the 6th April 1941.
Appointment of a Guardian of Mosko Elijas and Klara Štunes
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Board of the City of Belgrade appointed Ludvik Gorec to be a guardian of Mosko Elijas and Klara Štunes. Tjhe guardian was required to represent them in the inheritance proceeding over the property of their mother Luči Elijas. Mosko and Klara were not in the country.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Samuilo Karaoglanović as a legal guardian of absent Sarina Jana Musafija. The guardian was needed in the inheritance proceedings over the property of Natalija Grinberger,
who died in December 1941. The documentation included the official document on the appointment of the heir of Natalija Grinberger.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Milorad Pršić as a legal guardian of absent Elza Bril, née Hohner. The guardian was to represent her in the legal proceedings over the property of the late Aleksandar Hohner.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Milivoje Popović to be legal guardian of absent Zita Heršković, in a legal proceedings over the property of the late Hedviga Bretler.

The documentation included court‘s decision on the appointment of the heir.
Appointment of a Guardian of Ernest Hiršfeld and Amalija Lederer
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Branko Duraković as a legal guardian of Ernest Hiršfeld and Amalija
Lederer. The guardian was required to take the loan for the repair of their building at 39 Cara Dušana Street.
The Executive Board of the City of Belgrade 1st District People‘s Committee appointed Branko Duraković as a legal guardian of absent Rebeka Judić, née Kabiljo. The guardian was required to take in her name the loan for the repair of her building at 27 Skadarska Street.
Avram and Matilda Levi Renounced Their Yugoslav Citizenship
The document published by the Ministry of Interior of the Federal People‘s Republic of Yugoslavia, stating that Avram Levi, a merchant from Belgrade, born in 1881 in Niš, and his wife Matilda, née Aron, had renounced their Yugoslav citizenship, because they were moving to Israel, and they had been granted Israeli citizenship.
The documentation of the Social Care Department of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade on the adoption of minor Hajim Medina. After the adoption Hajim got the new name-Mihailo Mika Hercog.
The 1st District People‘s County Court appointed Mile Vajs as a legal guardian of Borivoje Avramović. Nora Eleonora Avramović, maiden name Vajs, and Leon Avramović, parents of minor Borivoje were killed during the war.

The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Samuilo Sarafić as a legal guardian of absent Jakov Žak Mandilović and Vida Popov, née Mandilović. The guardian was needed for the process of expropriation of their property at 58 Cara Uroša Street.
Appointment of a Guardian of Sara Koen and Rašela Štenberg
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Arsenije Stamenković as a legal guardian of absent Sara Koen and Rašela Štenberg, so that he he could receive in their name the court‘s documentation on the property left after the late Aleksandar Štenbera.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Božidar Stojković as a legal representative of absent Hajim Jontović. The guardian was needed to represent Jontović in the inheritance proceedings over the property of Estera Mandić, killed in 1941 in the Sajmište camp.
Appointment of a Guardian of Stanislav and Margita Flajšer
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Vojislav Lukić as a legal guardian of Stanislav and Margita Flajšer. The guardian was to represent them in the expropriation process of their property in Kosančićev venac street.

The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Svetozar Relić as a legal guardian of absent Eleonora Munk. The guardian was appointed to take the loan in her name, for repairs on the building she owned at 59 Strahinjića bana street. Eleonora Munk was killed in the Sajmište camp in 1941.
Appointment of the Guardian of Avram Almuzlino and Jakov Elijas
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed a guardian of Avram (Azriel) Almuzlino and Jakov (David) Elijas, whose residence was unknown. The guardian was to take the loan in their name for the repairs on their building at 8 and 8a Zmaja od noćaja street.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Spasoje Koljenšić as a legal guardian of absent Dr Franja Hercog. The guardian was to represent Hercog‘s interest in front of the Commission for Building Repairs. Hercog owned a building at 25 Francuska Street.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Svetozar Relić as a legal representative of absent Elza Vinterštajn, so that he could take the loan in her name, which was required for the repairs on her property at 23 Simina Street.
Appointment of a Guardian of Leja and DŽilda Mandil
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed an attorney Vojislav Lučić as a legal guardian of Leja and DŽilda Mandil, who moved to Israel and they had to give a statement in an inheritance proceedings.
Appointment of a Guardian of Lea and Stefanija Han‘s Property
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Svetozar Relić as a legal guardian of the property of Lea and Stefanija Han, located at 32 and 34 Cara Uroša street, because the owners moved to Israel.
Appointment of a Guardian of Isak and Rebeka Molho
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Žarko Lazić as a legal guardian of absent Isak and Rebeka Molho, so that he could take a loan in their name. The loan was necessary for repairs on their building at 10 Francuska Street.
