A police file of Sadik Alkalaj, native of Zenica, arrested for having no identity documents and steady job, and suspected for smuggling. The Criminal Department sentenced him with 20-day of imprisonment. Upon the request of Sadik, the sentence was changed for fine.

The Sava Precinct reported to the Administration of the City of Belgrade on the passengers compiled on 11th February 1902. Azriel Almuzlino, David Levi, Benko Davičo and others departed to Zemun by boat. Maks Dajč, Solomon Alkalaj and others arrived to Belgrade.

A police file of Julije Vajs, a native of Plavna near Bačka Palanka, arrested for idleness and associating with suspicious persons and for allegedly collecting donations for Jewish refugees from Germany, which he kept for himself.
The City Precinct reported to the Administration of the City of Belgrade on the events which occurred in the City. Avram Levi was sentenced with two-day imprisonment over stealing.

Avram Pinkas requested the Store Department of the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to grant him permission to open a factory for the records, record players and accessories for the players, called Balkan. The request was rejected because Pinkas was Iranian citizen, but after the complaint submitted to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry he was granted permission.
Andrija Vajnberger Got a Permission To Carry a Weapon

Ana Almoslino and Lazar Lecter Accused Đoka Jovanović For Insults
Ana Almoslino, a clerk in the photo studio of Lazar Lecter and his housewife, filed the accusation to the Terazije Precinct against Đoka Jovanović, a shoe maker apprentice, for insults. Lecter also filed a lawsuit against Jovanović but since the Precinct was inefficient regarding that lawsuit, Lecter complained to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade against the Precinct.
