Andrija Stefanović Accused the Jews For Theft and Attack

Andrija Stefanović, the merchant, appealed to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade against the decision brought by the Palilula Precinct in the lawsuit he had filed against the Jews who violated his courtyard, collected fruits from his orchard and beat up his servant who tried to prevent them from doing so. The gendarme joined the fight and the Jews. Stefanović pointed Avram David Levi, a merchant, as one of the attackers.

Appointment of the New Tutor For the Legacy of Beja Emanujel

The guardian judge requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to appoint a new tutor for the legacy of Beja, the wife of Jakov Emanujel, since the previous one, Solomon Moša Medina, had died. The Assembly of the Jewish Religious-Church Community suggested Isak Lidži for the new tutor.

Avram Eskinazi Settled the Debt With His Creditors

The Commercial Court informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to have declared bankruptcy of Avram Eskinazi, a merchant at the Sava River bank. Eskinazi settled the debts with his creditors thus the bankruptcy was annulled. As agreed, the merchandises from the store was delivered to Moša Kalderon, the son-in-law of Avram Eskinazi.
