The Vračar Precinct reported to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that it failed to locate Avram Sason, a merchant, whom Administration summoned for hearing related to fornication.
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade initiated an investigation after administrative stamps were discovered without the proper seal. The case was revealed when David Levi, a shipping agent, was handing over the merchandise to the customs officers. He was interrogated and he stated that he had bought the stamps in the store of Avram Melamed and his son Jakov, and they had purchased the stamps from Mijailo Mijailović.
A Quarter of the Salary of Petar Protić Banned Until The Debt Settlement
The Judicial Department of the Municipality of the City of Belgrade informed the Administration of the City of Belgrade that a ban on a quarter of the salary of Petar Protić, an intern of that Administration, was approved, until the debt settlement to Isak Eškenazi.

Aron Levi Accused By the Municipal Customs For Smuggling
The Main Municipal Customs reported to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that Aron M. Levi, pursuant to the decision brought by the Ministry of Finances, was acquitted from the accusation for smuggling the ajvar (a local paprika specialty) and salted fish, but not for the guilt for which the Municipal Customs accused him for. The Administration requested the Administration to withhold the amount earned from the sold fish, which was taken away from him, until the whole process was completed against him.
