The General Command of Slavonia refused the request of Lorenc Čepić, a glazier, to forbid the glazier Viktor Hercl to work. The decision explanation stated that Hercl had proven to be a good craftsman and that his services were affordable, and that it would be unfair to deprive him of incomes in his old days.

Viktor Hercl Deported from Zemun

Johan Cimer, a glazier from Arad, requested the Zemun Magistrate to allow him to settle in Zemun and to practice his craft there, but under the condition that the Jew Viktor Hercl was deported from the town. He obliged himself to keep the same prices as the Jewish glazier. The Magistrate granted his request.

Verdict to Lajoš Hofman and Volf Dakt

The Department for Interior in Zagreb informed the Zemun City Government that the Court in Osijek sentenced Lajoš Hofman and Volf Dakt, Jews from Galicia, for fraud. They were sentenced to six months in prison and to deportation from Croatia and Slavonia.
