Karlo Hajim, a Serbian Subject, Moved To Vienna
The Ministry of the Foreign Affairs requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to investigate the family and the financial situation of Karlo Hajim, a Serbian subject, who was in Rijeka for the medical treatment in the local hospital. The Administration found out
that Hajim moved to Vienna with his father Johan Hajim, that he was in a trade business and that he had no property in Belgrade.
Kosta Mačalović Accused Bokor, Moreno and Solomon Azrijel Over Fraud
The Savamala Precinct requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to interrogate Avgust Gips, a merchant in Frankfurt am Main, in a witness capacity in the lawsuit Kosta Mačalović had filed against Bokor, Moreno and Solomon Azrijel over fraud, i.e. the attempt to take over his merchandise.
Konorta Pijade Requested the Seizure of Items His Daughter Took With Her
Konorta Pijade requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to seize from his daughter Velizijana, who had converted to Christianity, overall items she had taken with her when she had left the parents‘ house. Katarina and Hristina Vendling Arrested For Stealing and Attack
The City Precinct reported to the Administration of the City of Belgrade on the events that occurred in the City: Katarina and Hristina Vendling, the servants at the household of Gavra Kojen, were arrested for stealing and attack on the Mrs. Kojen.

The Požarevac County Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect the fine from Kasan Avramović, sentenced for not registering his servant David Solomonović at the authorities.
Investigation related to the accusations filed by Demajo and Mešulam, merchants from Kragujevac, against the dispatching agents Kon and Mitler. On behalf of Demajo and Mešulam, they took over the goods, dispatched from Vienna to Kragujevac, at the railway station, and determined that the fright missed 11 kilos. Kon and Mitler were acquitted from the guilt since the investigation showed that the goods were stolen on the way to Kragujevac.
Karl Ber Filed a Lawsuit Against Elijas and Isak Adanja Over Debt

Ber, a merchant from Vienna, had filed against Elijas Adanja, a merchant from Belgrade and his father Isak Adanja, over debt. Upon the request of the Court, the Administration inventoried the property of Elijas Adanja while the French consul informed the Ministry that Adanja was denied a French citizenship i.e. he was to be considered a Serbian subject. The file also comprised a list of Elijas Adanja‘s debtors.

Elijas Adanja and his wife Sara submitted for verification to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade a certificate that their claims from Kalmi Almuli and his father Isak had been settled.

Kalmi Almuli and His Family Requested the Admission To Belgrade Residents
Kalmi Almuli, a merchant, requested the admission to the membership of the Belgrade Municipality to him, his wife Rejna and their children Žarko, Ivan and Leja.
The Belgrade Town Court informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to have approved the request of Klara, a wife of Izrailo D. Alabahar, a sequester to be placed on the property of her husband in order to secure money she had brought as a dowry into the marriage, since Albahar had no occupation at all. The Administration was asked to execute the court decision.
Kosta Obradović Filed a Lawsuit Against Izrailo Albahari Over Debt
Correspondence of the Belgrade Town Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the lawsuit Kosta Obradović, a representative of Benedikt and Hajim, the merchants from Vienna, had filed against Izrailo Albahari, over debt. The Court instructed the Administration to collect both debt and the court fees from Albahari.
Kosta Džanga Filed a Lawsuit Against Isak Albala and Mojsej Avram
Correspondence of the Belgrade Town Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the execution of the court decision reached in a lawsuit Kosta Džanga, a tutor of the property of the late Duka Džanga, had filed against Isak Albala and Mojsej Avram, over the unpaid store rent. The Administration was requested to collect both debt and court fee from the accused.
The property of Kalmi Almuli, the merchant, was being inventoried in the store of Isak Almuli who was safekeeping his property. Accordingly, Isak was interrogated and gave a statement that Kalmi Almuli, who resided in Vienna, had sold his property to him.
Isak Koen deposited with the Zemun Magistrate a sealed will of the late Kolman Brandajs, until Rafael Salomon, appointed executor of the will, arrived.
Correspondence of the Belgrade Town Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the lawsuit Kosta D. Pešika had filed against Isak B. Ozer. The Administration collected a court fee from Pešika, after his giving up the lawsuit.

Kosta Antula Filed a Lawsuit Against Jakov Emanuel Over Debt
The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to take away and evaluate flour Jakov Emanuel deposited in the store of the brothers Ozerović, over his debt to Kosta Antula. Antula and Emanuel reached a decision to prolong a period for a debt settlement, and the flour was taken back.
