Izraelo Štern and Isak Albahari Pleaded Ilija Garašanin

Mula Husein communicated to Ilija Garašanin, a President of the Government and a Minister of the foreign affairs, regarding the request of Izrailo Štern, whom he represented, that his goods left in a store on the River Sava waterfront, be returned to him. Also, Dule Šabanović pleaded the animal skins, property of Isak Albahari which were left in Belgrade, be given back to him. Those requests were sent during the Turkish bombardment of Belgrade in 1862. Ilija Garašanin instructed the Minister of defense to approve these requests and to secure the merchandises be returned to the appointed representatives.

The Administration of the Town of Belgrade informed the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs that it issued a new passport to the Serbian subject, Izrail Albahari, who lived in Zemun, valid for traveling to Austria, Turkey, Principality of Vlaška and Moldova.

Ilija Pavlović Demanded a Sequester To Be Placed on Goods of Leon Gabaj

The Belgrade Town Court informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to have approved the request Ilija Pavlović had filed a sequester to be placed on the merchandise of his debtor Leon Gabaj, a grocer. The Administration sold in an auction the sequestrated merchandise and dispatched the amount collected to the Court.

Isak Samuilović Filed a Lawsuit Against Dimitrije Stojanović Over Insulting

Isak Samuilović filed the accusation to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade, against Dimitrije Stojanović over insulting his parents and his religion. Both parties and witnesses were interrogated and accordingly Stojanović was sentenced to 5 days of imprisonment.
