Duda Almuzlin Filed a Lawsuit Against Izrailo Ruso Over Illegitimate Child

Correspondence of the Belgrade Town Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the lawsuit Duda, a daughter of Avram Almuzlin, had filed against Izrailo M. Ruso, over the financial support for a child she bore with the accused out of wedlock. Meanwhile Duda died, and the Court requested the Administration to investigate whether she had parents alive and if her child had a guardian designated. Consequently, two tutors were designated to child, but a few months later the chiled died.
