Correspondence of Administration of the Town of Belgrade and the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs related to David Halfon who had a large amount of money stolen from him in Ruma and then he got arrested for making a fuss about it. The file comprised a police report signed by Mordehaj Halfon and Abraham Ruso, the witnesses, and a certificate issued by the Jewish community regarding the personality of David Halfon and the conducting his business.
