Avram Anđel Requested a Permission to Open a Tavern

Avram Anđel filed a request to the Town Precinct to give him a permission to open a tavern. Anđel took over a store from Isak Solomonović who moved to Vienna. The tavern was intended for the Jews from Zemun who stayed in Belgrade during the day. The request was granted.

A Number of Persons Disrespected the Belgrade Customs By Not Paying Fees

The Belgrade Customs dispatched to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade a list of people who, despite the warnings, did not pay the custom fees. The Administration was requested to collect the fees and to fine the indicated persons for disrespecting the Belgrade Customs as a state authority. The list included also David Buli, Moric Hercl, Avram Jakovljević, Moša Kalderon and others.

A Sequester On the Property of Neti Pinto

The Belgrade Commercial Court informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that it granted a sequester of the mobile property of Neti, a wife of Moša Pinto, with residence in the Kalemegdan, until she settled her debt to Marko Barah, a money dealer. The Administration was requested to execute the decision.

Avram Anaf Deported From Sarajevo to Belgrade

The Administration of the Town of Belgrade searched for Samuel Anaf, upon the request of the Austria-Hungarian Consulate. Anaf was a Serbian subject, caught in Sarajevo without a passport and other identification documents, thus he was deported to Belgrade and was obliged to report to the Consulate in Belgrade, which he failed to do so.

The Valjevo District Headquarters requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect a store keeping tax from David Asejil, a bed-cover manufacturer. David lived in Valjevo, then moved to Zerek where he resided at the house of Binja Ruso, also a bed-cover manufacturer.
