The Administration of the Town of Belgrade reported to the Terazije Precinct that it issued the permits to D. Farki, A. Melamed, Izrajil Ruso, all money dealers, to sale the administrative stamps. The Terazije Precinct determined that Salamon Almuli, N. Levi and Marko Baruh were also selling the administrative stamps though without permits, apart from the above mentioned sellers.
Purchase Agreement Between Moša Solomonović and the Brothers Koen
Moša Solomonović filed a request the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to validate the purchase agreement he had concluded with Salamon S. Koen, Samuel S. Koen and Elijas S. Koen.
Salamon S. Koen gave a power of attorney to Moša Solomonović to collect debt amounts on his behalf. The file contained the merchandise purchase agreement signed between Salamon, Samuil and Elijas Koen and Moša Solomonović.

Salamon Sadik Levi filed a request to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to get a permit to open a tavern in the Jevrejska Mala (Jewish Quarter in Belgrade). The request was granted.
Pasteur Institute Fined For Selling Swine Plague Serum Without Perscription
The Veterinary Department of the Administration of the City of Belgrade filed a lawsuit against the Pasteur‘s Institute for the Production of Serum for the swain plague without the veterinarian prescription. Dr Salom Zadić, a representative of the Institute, was interrogated regarding the lawsuit and the Criminal Police Department fined him with 100 dinars payable to the State Fund for Livestock Disease Control.
Passport Issued To Salamon Adanja To Travel To Šabac
The Dorćol Precinct reported to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that it issued a passport to Salomon Adanja, an apprentice, to travel to Šabac.

Petar Mirković and Mijajlo Ristić Filed a Lawsuit Against Salomon J. Kojen
The Kragujevac District Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect a court fee from Avram Finci, the representative of Salomon Jakov Kojen, the merchant from Belgrade, associated with the lawsuit which Petar Mirković and Mijajlo Ristić from Rača had filed against him.

Jakov, a son of Avram Sizin gave powers of attorney to Salom Ruso to represent him in all legal matters and to Aleksa Petković a merchant, to represent him in the Ćuprija County Court in a lawsuit he had filed against Milenko Ilić Jovičić, over debt. The powers of attorney and the receipt from the store of Avram Suzin were submitted for verification to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade.

The Dorćol Precinct reported on passports issued on 4th May 1882. Samuilo Pops, a physician, got a permission to travel to Austro-Hungary, valid 30 days, Vilhem S. Pops to travel across Europe, valid a year.
The Dorćol Precinct reported to the administrator of the Town of Belgrade that it issued a passport to Samjuel Melamet, an apprentice, to travel to Šabac.
The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to appoint tutors for the underage children of the late David Kalfon and to make inventory of his property. The Dorćol Precinct reported to the Administration that it appointed Avram Jakovljević, Samoil Kalfon and Isak Koen as tutors of the children and stated that Kalfon possessed only 100 imperial groshes.
The lieutenant T. Ćurčića requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to summon a number of persons, among them Isak S. Kojen, Miša Sabitaj Kojim and Samuel Hari Alba, to sentence imposed to them by the Commander of the Belgrade County Army.
Samuel Alvu filed a request to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade for a permission to manage a tavern. Alvu attached a certificate that he was financially able to pay municipal taxes and fees.
