Jozef Farhi Filed a Lawsuit Against Merkada Pardo Over Debt

The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect a court fee from Jozef Farhi who had filed a lawsuit against Merkada Pardo, over debt, but afterwards he settled the debt with him.

Josif Šlezinger Got His Real Property From Miloš Obrenović

The Administration of the Town of Belgrade drafted the requestion addressed to the Kragujevac Court regarding the property of Josif Šlezinger. The Administration explained that Šlezinger didn‘t have a deed for the house and a piece of land since the Prince Miloš Obrenović had given them to him as a gift, highlighting that the word of the Prince used to have a strenght of both "a deed and a document".

Jewish Community Supported the Return of Miloš Obrenović to Serbia

The Ministry of the Interior informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to have accepted the proposal of the Jewish Community, submitted to the National Assembly, that one member of the Community made a part of the delegation which would invite Prince Miloš Obrenović to return to Serbia.

The Belgrade City Government notified the Water Supplies Administration that it forwarded the Jewish mechanic engineers Samek Kiter, Arnold Samujlović, Samujlo Zunana, Ljubomir Milin, Leopold Hercog, Franjo Holo; chemists Filip Frank, Mirko Bihler, Zigmund Brukner, Samuilo Eškenazi, Rafajlo Avramović, Bela Bernet, Rudolf Štajner and Rafajlo Lević PhD in economy, to work in that Administration.

Jews Could Not Be Left Out From the Lists Of Engaged Workers

The head of the 2nd City District responded to the Firefighting Command regarding its request to leave out Jaša G. Zumbulović, Isak Levi and Mordekaj Todelano from the list of workers (the name crossed), that no Jews could be left out from the lists of workers, except in the cases when irreplaceable in companies or factories, in line with the order of the German authorities.

The Belgrade Town Court annulled the decision brought by the Administration of the Town of Belgrade by which Mordohaj and Azriel Katarivas were arrested for fraud upon the accusation made by Josif Pardo. The Court informed the Administration regarding the Court decision and ordered their release from the prison.

Joca Nikolić filed a lawsuit against Moreno Konortić, a merchant, regarding the goods which Nikolić had sent to Konortić from Constantinople over his apprentice.
