Isak Moša Kojen Accused for Selling Bad Quality Opium

The Administration of the Town of Belgrade initiated the investigation after Aleksandar Ivanović, a pharmacist, accused Isak Moša Kojen that he had sold him bad quality opium. Kojen was sentenced to 10 days of prison and he had to compensate the damage he had caused to Ivanović.

Isak Mevorah Requested a Release From the Military Service

The Ministry of War communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the request of Isak Mevorah to be released from the military service due to his poor financial situation. The request was rejected on the grounds that the financial situation was not a legal reason for exemption from serving in the national army.

Incident of the Funeral of Jozef Šlezinger

The President of the Assembly of the Jewish Religious-School Community reported to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade on the incident that occurred during the funeral ceremony of Jozef Šlezinger, the chapel master in retirement. The incident was provoked by Moric and Maks Gutman and Haim Frajdenfet who objected the way Šlezinger was berried.

Isak Albahari Requested the Release From Serbian Citizenship

Isak Albahari requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to release him from the Serbian citizenship in order to be admitted to the Austrian-Hungarian one. The Ministry of the Interior denied the request because the act he enclosed to the request was not the certificate of the Austrian-Hungarian authorities that they allowed him the admission.

Solomonović was the Serbian subject, but he was not registered in the tax paying registers since he lived abroad and had no property in Serbia. The file comprised the act of the Ministry of the Interior addressed to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the sale of property of Salomon Isak.
