Debt Collection From Mihail Kon

The Belgrade Town Court asked the Administration of the Town Belgrade to sequestrate merchandise from the store of Mihail Kon for debt repayment to Toma Stojanović, a tailor. The Administration reported back that his merchandise had already been sequestrated at the request of Jakov Herzl from Zemun, Kon‘s father-in-law, on account of dowry he had given to his daughter.

David B. Ruso Requested the Return of Samuilo Adanja From Zemun

The Ministry of the Foreign Affairs communicated the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the request David B. Ruso had filed to get Samuilo Adanja returned from Zemun in order to settle his debt to him. The Ministry requested the Administration to inform Ruso that the Austrian authorities had forwarded Adanja back to Belgrade.

David Azrijel Filed a Lawsuit Against Aleksa Tatić

The Ćuprija County Court communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the lawsuit David Azrijel had filed against Aleksa Tatić from Paraćin, for failure to fulfill the contract. As the parties settled their dispute, the Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect a court fee from Azrijel.

Duda Almuzlin Filed a Lawsuit Against Izrailo Ruso Over Illegitimate Child

Correspondence of the Belgrade Town Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the lawsuit Duda, a daughter of Avram Almuzlin, had filed against Izrailo M. Ruso, over the financial support for a child she bore with the accused out of wedlock. Meanwhile Duda died, and the Court requested the Administration to investigate whether she had parents alive and if her child had a guardian designated. Consequently, two tutors were designated to child, but a few months later the chiled died.

David Haim Received a Passport From the Austrian Authorities
