David Baruh Sentenced For Inflicting a Body Injury

List of court decisions placed with the Town Precinct for the execution. Among them was the decision brought by the Appeal Court on 17th November 1894 by which David Baruh, a money dealer from Belgrade, was sentenced for inflicting a minor body injury. The document was not dated.

David Levi Arrested for Wandering Around

David Levi from Niš was interrogated after being arrested for wandering around the town without proper identification documents and without a job. The Criminal Police Department of the Administration of the City of Belgrade sentenced him to 20-day of imprisonment and deportation to his hometown.

Dispute Over the Missing Dove

Jovan Mitković, the inn keeper, requested the Terazije Precinct to find and return the dove which had disappeared from his dovecote while he was in the military service. He saw the dove in the possession of the hat maker Eduard Vinterštajn.

D. Tajtacak Accused Lazar Benarojo For Insulting His Son Izrajil

D. Tajtacak accused Lazar Benarojo, a petty dealer, to the Terazije Precinct for naming his son Izrajil a thief and for dismissing him from the service without a pay. The Terazije Precinct interrogated Benarojo and witnesses, and accordingly sentenced Benarojo to 4- day of imprisonment and to pay Izrail out.

Ruso and Eškenazi, the money dealers, requested the Belgrade Commercial Court to put a ban on the mobile property of Jelisaveta Černi, a midwife.
