Commissar Administration of the Company of Samuel Vajs
The documentation compiled by the Commercial Court in Belgrade on the company of Samuel Vajs. The documentation included information about the appointment of Ernst Majsner as commissary of the company. The appointment was authorised by the special plenipotentiary for economic affairs in Serbia.
Collection of Contributions From the Members of the Jewish Community
Samuel Koen, Haim Konfino and Jahiel B. Ruso dispatched a communication to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that a minister of finances approved their request to collect contributions from the members of the Jewish Community to cover the expenses of the Synagogue maintenance, salaries of the rabbis and their widows. They asked the Administration to collect the same contribution from the Belgrade Jews who were living in Zemun. The documentation included the list of Jews who did not pay the contribution.
The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to deliver a court decision to the representatives of the Jewish Community associated with a lawsuit Marjama, a widow of Josif Maer Sason, had filed against the Community over her allowances. The Administration informed the Court that it failed to deliver a court decision because the Community didn‘t exist, only the tutors of the Synagogue, Samuel Koen, Moreno Gabaj, Haim Konfino, Simaja Albahari and Jahiel Ruso.
Certificate of Belgrade Residency of Samuel Pinkas
The Municipality of the City of Belgrade, the Zemun Department, issued a certificate that Samuel Pinkas, a merchant native of Vidin, was resident of Belgrade.
The County Court in Zemun requested the Zemun City Harbor Office to provide certificates of conduct of Leopold Kon and Samuel Flajner. The Harbor Office responded that the requested certificate of Leopold Kon could not be sent, because he lived in Nova Pazova, not in Zemun.
Christian Children and the Adults Threw Stones on the Jewish Funeral
Samuel Hajim, a president of the Jewish Religious School Community requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to instruct the police authorities to prevent the christian children and the adults to throw stones on the Jewish funeral procession.
The Valjevo District Court informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that it received the court fee amount collected from Samuel Halfon, who had requested the ban to be put on the property of Semaja Majo from Obrenovac.
Samuel Han requested the Chambers of Commerce to issue him a certificate which would confirm that he owned a registered wholesale store and that most of the products imported in 1940 were sold outside Belgrade Municipality.
The Posavina District Headquarters communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the court fee collection from Petar Vasiljević from Obrenovac, whose merchandises were sold for debt settlement to Samuil Amar and his son Kučo.

The Belgrade Town Court informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to have received a court fee amount from Samuilo Adanja, who had filed a lawsuit against Isak Pinkas, for damage compensation.

Adanja was away in Bucharest and afterwards in Pančevo, thus he forwarded the message that he would submit the receipt that he had settled his debt two years ago as soon as he came back to Belgrade.

Commissar Adminsitration of the Company of Samuilo Albahari
The documentation compiled by the Commercial Court in Belgrade on the haberdashery store of Samuilo Albahari. The documentation included information about the appointment of Jilke Alois as commissary of the company, based on the authorisation given by the special plenipotentiary for economic affairs in Serbia.
The Court in Ćuprija dispached to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade five copies of a decision regarding the inheritance of the diseased Mijat Jaić from Svilajnac, to be delivered to Samuilo Alkalaj, Moša Kum Avramović, Kalmo Ruso, the brothers Mihailović and Avram
Farhi.
The Court in Kragujevac requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect the court fee amount from Benvenista Albala, the merchant, who demanded a ban to be put on the merchandises of Samuilo Altaras and Josif Cadik Levi. The Administration failed to collect the fee since Albala moved away to Turkey.

Collection of Court Fees From Samuil H. Amar
The Valjevo County Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect court fees from Haim Isaković, a legal representative of Samuilo H. Amar, regarding the court decision associated with a lawsuit he had filed against Živko Tešić over debt which was collected accordingly.
Correspondence of the Belgrade Town Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the collection of court fee from the brothers Samuilo and Menahem Amar. Samuilo passed away and Mordohaj moved to Zemun, therefore the Court instructed the Administration to collect the fee from the heir of the deceased Samuilo Amar.
Police reported to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade on the cotton worth 435 dinars stolen from the storage of the merchants Samuilo Amar and his son Kuča.

The Court in Požarevac requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to provide
a court decision to Samuilo Amaro and Samuilo Kučo regarding their demand a ban to be put on the property of Arsenije Gvozdić from Dobrnja.
The administration of the hospital in Osijek informed the Zemun City Government that the hospital received 25 forints for the medical bill of Zemun citizens Maks Koen, Isidor Jelčić and Samuilo Bilic.
The lists of candidates who took the craftsmen assistant certification exam, from 15 January to 31 December 1939. Lujza Tuvi, Rašela Adanja, Regina Dajč, Sofija Konforti, Samuilo Gros, Mirjama Cevi, Sultana Adut, Buca Abinun, Isak Koen, Ester Albahari were included on the list.

Court Fee Collection From Samuilo Zonana
The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect a court fee from Samuilo Zonana who had filed a lawsuit against Sara, a widow of Solomon Elijas, and her son, regarding the execution of the purchase contract, but later he gave the request up.
The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect court fees from Samuilo Isak for the rejected lawsuit he had filed against Jovan Paunović over debt.
