A Debt Settlement of Leon Mošić To the Brothers Alkalaj

According to the decision brought by the Commercial Court, the property of Leon Mošić, an assistant in the store of Hajm B. Josif and Zdravko Mošić, was inventoried and evaluated, due to his debt to the brothers Alkalaj. Matilda, a wife of Mošić, gave a statement that the inventoried items belonged to her. The Administration requested that she provided a proof of ownership.

A Case of the Girl Reina

The Administration of the Town of Belgrade initiated the investigation in the case of the three year old girl Reina, who was brought from Constantinople by Rafail Mišulan, with the task to hand her over to her grandfather Menahaim Jefraim. Since he had treated the girl badly during the trip, Mišulan was arrested. The girl‘s father Isak Solomonović, arrived from Brčko to Belgrade and took the girl.

A. Ozerović Accused Mika Mejuhas and Benvenida Koen

A. Ozerović accused his tenants Mika Mejuhas and Benvenida Koen to the Dorćol Precinct for disposing their garbage into the well in the courtyard to avoid paying for the disposal. Mika Mejuhas denied the accusation when interrogated, while Benvenida Koen submitted the medical certification that he could not leave the apartment due to his illness.

Accusations for Unauthorized Trade

A group of merchants made a complaint to the Association of Merchants of Manufactured, Textile and Fashion Products against Mika Romano, Ješa Avramović, Moša Avramović and Levi Altarac for purchasing and selling the antiques without authorisation. The accused merchants were interrogated on the premises of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed a lawyer Milenko Divac as a legal guardian of absent Dragomir Braun, to represent him in a divorce initiated by Paulina Igl. Request for the appointment of a legal guardian was filed by Milan Braun and Ela Krenberger, son and a sister of Dragomir Braun.

The First County People‘s Court appointed Milan Jakovljević as legal guardian to his father Avram S. Jakovljević, an industrialist from Belgrade, so that he could manage his property and represent him in the courts. Avram Jakovljević was executed in Skopje in 1943.
