Agreement on Management of the Property of the Late Jakov Ozmo

Agreement concluded between Jahiel Ruso and Leon Koen, guardians of the property of the late Jakov Ozmo on one side, and Mordohaj Ozmo, his son and heir on the other side. The agreement defined the ways of managing Jakov Ozmo‘s property until his other two children were of legal age and determined the obligations in this matter of his adult son Mordohaj.

A Debt Settlement of Leon Mošić To the Brothers Alkalaj

According to the decision brought by the Commercial Court, the property of Leon Mošić, an assistant in the store of Hajm B. Josif and Zdravko Mošić, was inventoried and evaluated, due to his debt to the brothers Alkalaj. Matilda, a wife of Mošić, gave a statement that the inventoried items belonged to her. The Administration requested that she provided a proof of ownership.

Investigation associated with the lawsuit filed by Avram Farhi against Leon Papa over receipts he failed to return, and over arbitrarily separating and taking 9 sheep from Vladimir Savić and locking them into his own sheepfold. The Court liberated the accused from the guilt.

Correspondence of the Belgrade Town Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the lawsuit Leon D. Haim filed against his debtor Moša Benijamin Amar, over debt.
