The Executive Board of the 1st City District People‘s Committee appointed Dr Jakov Čelebonović as a guardian of Evgenije and Jovan Flajšer, who was to represent them in a legal process regarding the property of the late Irena Flajšer. Evgenije Flajšer was in Rome and Jovan was in London.

The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to appoint new guardians to Dona, a minor daughter of the late Jakov Azarija, since Moša Mevorah and Avram Maclijak gave up on that responsibility and her stepfather stated that she couldn‘t live anymore in his house. David Solomon and Jozef Moša Kalderon were appointed new tutors.
Avram Elijas and Jakov Šalom Kalderon Gave a Statement on a House Sale
Avram Elijas and Jakov Šalom Kalderon gave a statement that in 1859 Jozef Eskija Levi had requested from them to write a deed for a house which he and Haim Avramović had earlier sold to Juda Arueti. Arueti intended to buy a house for his son in law Isak Jakov Mevorah, but later he had acquitted the purchase due to the lack of money.
Antiquity Stores Owners Appealed Against a Ban To Sell Items In Streets
The Ministry of the Interior communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the appeal of the Belgrade owners of the antiquity stores not to sell items in the markets or streets. Among those who appealed were Venijamin Hajim Pinto and Isak Dano, on behalf of Jozef Magris, Salomon Levi, Sadik Dano, Jakov Pinto, Jozef Levi, David Pinto, Hajimoa Benci, Isak Pinto and others.

Appointment of Guardians to the Property of Ješua Magris
The Belgrade Town Court communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade related to the request Hana, a widow of Ješua Avram Magris, had filed to the Court to appoint the guardians to her children and to review the uncleared accounts her husband had had with his partners Isak Albala and Nahman Avram. Ahijel Ruso Filed a Lawsuit Against Samuilo Adanja
Correspondence of the Belgrade Town Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the lawsuit Ahijel Ruso had filed against Samuilo Adanja over partnership accounts. To settle the dispute, the Court founded a commission consisting of merchants Jozef Talvi, Moša A. Ruso, Samuilo B. Azrijel, Samuilo S. Koen and Avram Suzin.

Avram Farhi Issued a Receipt in Hebrew to Jozef Farhi
The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to have translated a receipt written in Hebrew language into Serbian. At the request of the Court, Avram Farhi had issued the receipt to Jozef Farhi.
