Appointment of a Guardian of Jaša Albala

The Executive Board of the 1st City District People‘s Committee appointed a lawyer Sima Alkalaj as a guardian of absent Dr Jaša Albala. The guardian was needed in a legal proceedings over the property of the late Josif Joška Albala, an industrialist executed in the Banjica concentration camp in 1942. When Sima Alkalaj moved to Israel, Vojislav Lukić was appointed as the new guardian.

Appointment of a Guardian of Ladislav Hečko

The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Tibor Lorijan as a legal guardian of absent Ladislav Hečko, to represent him in the inheritance proceedings of the property of his parents Hugo and Zelma Hečko. Hugo Hečko was killed in the Banjica camp, and Zelma was killed in the Sajmište camp.

Avram Sabitaj consented that Ahijel Ruso and Hajim Ruso should give the obligation to Beja, a widow of Sabitaj Avram, by which Reina, Avram‘s mother, a widow of Sabitaj Avram, would collect 2000 grosches from Beja, provided to spend it for a dowry for her daughter, Avram‘s sister Vinuča.

Appointment of the New Tutor For the Legacy of Beja Emanujel

The guardian judge requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to appoint a new tutor for the legacy of Beja, the wife of Jakov Emanujel, since the previous one, Solomon Moša Medina, had died. The Assembly of the Jewish Religious-Church Community suggested Isak Lidži for the new tutor.

A. Ozerović accused his tenants Mika Mejuhas and Benvenida Koen to the Dorćol Precinct for disposing their garbage into the well in the courtyard to avoid paying for the disposal. Mika Mejuhas denied the accusation when interrogated, while Benvenida Koen submitted the medical certification that he could not leave the apartment due to his illness.
