Petar Đorđević Filed a Lawsuit Against Solomon Farkić and Buli Over Fraud

Petar Đorđević from Kragujevac filed a lawsuit against Solomon R. Farkić and Buli, the merchants from Belgrade, to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade over fraud i.e. for the attempt to settle the same debt twice. Đorđević asserted that he had given the debt amount to their legal representative who failed to give him the receipt for the amount he had received. iz Kragujevca tužio je Kvartu varoškom beogradske trgovce zbog prevare, odnosno pokušaja da dva puta naplate isti dug. Đorđević je tvrdio da je novac dao njihovom punomoćniku, ali da za isplaćen dug nije dobio priznanicu.
