Property of Samuil Levi Banned For Debt Settlement To Nisim Aron

The Commercial Court informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that it approved a ban to be placed on the property of Samuil Levi, a petty dealer, over debt to Nisim Aron. The Administration was requested to execute the ban and to place the seized property with Zdravko Albahari for safe keeping. The Court was informed that the ban was not executed since Nisim Aron gave up the claims.

The Palilula Precinct reported that the criminal investigation of Blagoje Ilić against whom Samuil Alkalaj, a photographer, had filed a lawsuit, was aborted.
