Kosta Antula Filed a Lawsuit Against Jakov Emanuel Over Debt

The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to take away and evaluate flour Jakov Emanuel deposited in the store of the brothers Ozerović, over his debt to Kosta Antula. Antula and Emanuel reached a decision to prolong a period for a debt settlement, and the flour was taken back.

Karl Ber Filed a Lawsuit Against Elijas and Isak Adanja Over Debt

Correspondence of the Belgrade Town Court, the Administration of the Town of Belgrade and the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs regarding the lawsuit V. Rozmirović, a representative of Karl Ber, a merchant from Vienna, had filed against Elijas Adanja, a merchant from Belgrade and his father Isak Adanja, over debt. Upon the request of the Court, the Administration inventoried the property of Elijas Adanja while the French consul informed the Ministry that Adanja was denied a French citizenship i.e. he was to be considered a Serbian subject. The file also comprised a list of Elijas Adanja‘s debtors.

Kuča Almuzlinović Sentenced For Bad Behavior

Džintila, a wife of Kuča Almuzlinović, filed a complaint against her husband for overdrinking, for beating her and for not working, thus she alone had to support their three children, working in other people‘s houses. Džintila requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to sentence him to two years of inprisonment. At the hearing, Kuča Almuzlinović admitted that he molested his wife, didn‘t work and went to taverns, but didn‘t get drunk. He was sentenced to 15 strokes.
