The Jewish Religious School Community reported to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade on the number of newly born and dead in the Community in the period 1st to 10th January 1884. Josif Samuel Anaf‘s baby girl was born and Josif Ben Araj‘s son died at birth. Boena, a wife of Samuel Rušan, Klara, daughter of Jakov Cevi, Josif, son of Avram Ruso, and Rakila, daughter of David Rafailo died.
Josif Ruso Gave a Power of Attorney to Mordohaj Kalfon
Josef Ruso gave a power of attorney to Mordohaj Kalfon to have at his disposal a capital of his future spouse Bojana, a daughter of Samuilo A. Ruso, until their marriage was concluded, with the effect that the profit would belong to Bojana. Once they were married, Kalfon would become the owner of her capital.

Jahiel Ruso, a merchant, filed a complaint to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade against the Town Precinct which forwarded him to the Civil Court regarding the lease contract he had concluded with Bohora, a widow of Isak Kalmi. Jahiel claimed that Bohora resided in the house of Moša Elijas longer than agreed and requested the Administration to move her out.
The Niš Municipal Court issued a document that Jakov Rafajel possessed a house and a tobacco store in that town and that he could support his mentally ill wife Bohora.
Jakov Suzin To Take an Oath in the Presence of a Rabbi

In the Ashkenazi Community Leonhard Blat died. The Jewish Religious School Community reported on the death of Veneziana, a wife of Hajim B. Avram and Leonhard, a son of Simon Blat. There were no newborns.

Jozef Goldberg Lajzer Sentenced For Wandering Around
Jozef Goldberg Lajzer, born in Poland, with residence in Novi Sad, was caught wandering around the town without proper identification documents and jobless. The Criminal Department of the Administration of the City of Belgrade sentenced him to 30- day of imprisonment, and afterwards to be delivered to the General Police Department since a warrant was issued for him earlier. Jozef‘s mother, Vilma Goldberg, informed the Administration of the City of Belgrade that her son was mentally ill and that the warrant was issued because she reported him missing. She requested the Department to substitute his prison sentence with fine sentence.

The Administration of the Town of Belgrade approved a request of Jovan Flajšer from Vršac and gave him a permit to play music in the tavern Srpski kralj.
The document published by the Ministry of Interior of the Federal People‘s Republic of Yugoslavia, stating that Judita Fišer, a caregiver in the Jewish children‘s home in Belgrade, born in 1922 in Vršac, had renounced her Yugoslav citizenship, because she was moving to Israel, and she had been granted Israeli citizenship.
