Jozef Papo and Haim Levi Deported To Turkey

The Dorćol Precinct reported to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to have interrogated Jozef Papo and Haim Levi who came from Bosnia and settled in Belgrade, despite the regulation which banned the Jews from Turkeyto settle in Serbia. Moša Tajtacak, who provided them the accommodation was sentenced for failing to report them to the authorities, and Papo and Levi were brought to the Administration for deportation to Turkey.

Juda Levi Filed a Lawsuit Against Dimitrije Novaković Over Debt

The Kragujevac County Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect the court fee from Haim Pardo, a legal representative of Juda Levi, who had filed a demand a sequester to be placed on the property of Dimitrije Novaković, over debt.

In the Ashkenazi Community Leonhard Blat died. The Jewish Religious School Community reported on the death of Veneziana, a wife of Hajim B. Avram and Leonhard, a son of Simon Blat. There were no newborns.

A report filed to the head of the Terazije Precinct regarding a theft attempt which Josif Kalderon came to report, but when Svetozar Radosavljević and Hajim De Majo also appeared in the Precinct for theft reporting, Kalderon left the Precinct which was against the police regulations.

Jakov and Ela Medina Renounced Their Yugoslav Citizenship

The document published by the Ministry of Interior of the Federal People‘s Republic of Yugoslavia, stating that Jakov Medina, a clerk, born in 1902 in Belgrade, his wife Ela, née Katarina Panić, and their children Hajim and Johanan had renounced their Yugoslav citizenship, because they were moving to Israel, and they had been granted Israeli citizenship.

The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect a court fee from Jakov Suzin or Hajim Ruso, property tutors of Avram Josif Ozer, associated with the lawsuit they had filed against Pavle Lukić over tenancy rents for a store, but they did not appear in the Court.

A baby girl was born to Solomon Demajo. Avram, a son of Isak Alkalaj, Moša, a son of David Farhi, Simska, a widow of Solomon Amar, a newly born child of Hajnrih Hiršl, Sara, a daughter of Azriejel Kojen, Zumbula, a widow of Mordohaj Pijade and Đoja, a wife of Avram Ovadije, died.

The Ministry of Interior of the People‘s Republic of Serbia requested the Executive Board of the People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade to remove Josif, Cana, and David Tajtacak from the registry of Yugoslav citizens.
