Josif Hajim and the Brothers Medina Registered Their Assistants
Josif Hajim and the brothers Medina, the merchants, were interrogated in the Terazije Precinct accused for not registering their assistants Isak Medina, Solomon Kojen, Jakov Levi, Benjamin Medina, Leon Mandil and Isak Bencion. It was found out that their assistants were registered in the Town Precinct.

Jakov Ruso Requested to Settle His Debt and Court Fees
The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect the debt amount from Jakov Ruso for the debt settlement to Solomon Levi from Trieste, likewise the associated court fees. Also, Ruso had to pay the court fees for the lawsuit he had filed against Josif Ozerović. The Administration reported that it failed to collect the debt and court amounts from Jakov Ruso because he had moved to Niš.
Jewish Community Reported on the Number of Births and Deaths
The Jewish Religious School Community reported to the the Administration of the Town of Belgrade on the number of births and deaths in the period 11th to 20th October 1889. Avram Anaf‘s baby boy was born. Rafailo, a son of Solomon Levi, a baby boy of Moša Beraha, Samuilo, a son of Rafailo Farhi and Avram Levi‘s baby girl died.
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade requested the Šabac District Headquarters to watch over Jakov Adut, who had received a passport for travelling to that town, at the guarantee of Solomon Moša, suspected to have committed a theft in Belgrade.

Jakov and Sofija Alkalaj Admitted Into the Belgrade Municipality
The Belgrade City Government brought a decision to admit Jakov Alkalaj and his wife Sofija into the membership of the Belgrade Municipality. Enclosed to the file they submitted the old identification cards.

The Second District of the Administration of the City of Belgrade reported to the Technical Directorate of the Belgrade Municipality on clearing the ruins, excavating the
corpses and rehabilitating other consequences of the bombardment. The report highlighted the lack of work force, i.e. all the Jews who were forwarded on 15th June to the Commissariat to the Tašmajdan never returned to work.
Jakov Pijade Filed a Lawsuit Against Nikola Milovanović
The Commercial Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect a court fee amount from Nikola Milovanović, a merchant at the Sava River, associated with the lawsuit Jakov Pijade from Turn Severin had filed against him.
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade informed the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs that the house of Jakov Pijade, who lived in Turn Severin, had been sold for debt settlement to Stojan Živković. A part of the amount was taken by the Administration to cover the due taxes from 1876 to 1879.

The Belgrade City Government notified the Water Supplies Administration that it forwarded the Jewish mechanic engineers Samek Kiter, Arnold Samujlović, Samujlo Zunana, Ljubomir Milin, Leopold Hercog, Franjo Holo; chemists Filip Frank, Mirko Bihler, Zigmund Brukner, Samuilo Eškenazi, Rafajlo Avramović, Bela Bernet, Rudolf Štajner and Rafajlo Lević PhD in economy, to work in that Administration.
Ješa and Flora Ković Renounced Their Yugoslav Citizenship
The Ministry of Interior of the People‘s Republic of Serbia requested the Executive Board of the People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade to remove Ješa and Flora Ković from the registry of Yugoslav citizens. Ješa Ković, an electrician from Belgrade, and his wife Flora, née Altarac, had renounced their Yugoslav citizenship.

The Ministry of the Interior recommended the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to discharge the complaint Manahaim Hasan and Haim Koen, the Jewish merchants, had filed regarding the ban to work on Sundays and holidays, and to investigate their statements that some rich merchants didn‘t work on Sundays and holidays, but they traded "behind the curtain".

Jewish Community Complained Against the Pork and Beef Butchery Shop
Samuel Koen, Haim Avramović Konfino and Avram Koen, members of the Jewish Community, filed a complaint to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade against the Dorćol Precinct, because Tasa Belopoljac, who joined that Precinct, allowed the local butcher shop to cut and sell pork meat. Belopoljac reported regarding this complaint and the Administration accordingly decided the pork shop to move to another location, after the expiry of the lease contract, but until then it was ordered to be careful that pork and beef meat did not mix.
