The Belgrade Commercial Court sentenced Marijana, a wife of Avram Kalef, for unsettled debt to N. Levi. Marijana gave a statement that she lacked the resources to settle the debt, so the mobile property of the Kalef family was inventoried, but it was determined that those items were the property of Samuil Amar, the merchant.

Debt Settlement of Avram Lezer Kalmi To Jahijel Ruso
The Commercial Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect the debt amount from Avram Lezer Kalmi, the trade apprentice, in favor of Jahijel Ruso.
The Užice District Headquarters requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect the court fee from Avram Kalmi, the representative of Kalmi Almuli, associated with the lawsuit he had filed against Petar Mićović from Užice, over debt.
The Commercial Court informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade approved the sequestration of the merchandise of Avram B. Sabitaj, debtor of Avram Kalmić. The sequestrated merchandise was sold to cover Sabitaj‘s debts.
Debt Collection From Azrijel Baruh In Favor of Avram Kalmić
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade informed the Commercial Court that it could not collect the debt amount from Azrijel Baruh in favor of Avram Kalmić, since he had died and left no property.
The Commercial Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to put a ban on the mobile property of Izrajel Baruh, a coachman, to secure the debt settlement to Avram Kalmić, a merchant apprentice and the representative of Jakov Kojen.
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade informed the Commercial Court in Belgrade that it put a ban on the mobile property of Azriel Baruh, a carriage driver, to secure the debt settlement to Avram Kalmić, a merchant apprentice. The Administration also informed the Court that Azrijel had died, leaving behind a wife and small children.
